1. Booking and Orders

All balloon decoration services must be booked in advance. Orders are confirmed only after payment or booking confirmation.

Full or partial payment may be required before the event date. Payments can be made through available payment methods on our website.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the event, cancellation charges may apply. Refunds depend on the cancellation time.

Our team will arrive at the scheduled time for balloon setup. Customers must provide access to the venue and required space.

Balloon decorations should be handled carefully. We are not responsible for damage caused after setup due to weather, sharp objects, or misuse.

Some decorations are temporary and may be removed after the event if agreed during booking.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.
